Overview
Yala Half Day Safari from Hambantota Harbor, this half-day excursion is an evening game for wildlife enthusiasts. Yala is the home to over 44 species of mammals and 215 species of birds. Among the most well-known inhabitants is the highest concentration of leopards in the world. Leopards are more unpredictable and mostly nocturnal in other countries but are easier to find in Sri Lanka than anywhere else on the planet. This shore trip will take you to the capturing of enchanting wildlife within the park.
After you reach the passenger pier in Hambantota harbor, you will be welcomed up by our safari team and taken to Yala National Park. You will be able to see wildlife such as Sambar, Elephant, Spotted Deer, Toque Monkey, Hanuman Langur, Golden Jackal, Stripe-necked and Rudy Mongooses, Boar, Land and Water Monitor and Marsh Crocodile in addition to the leopard throughout that half-day game drive. And during the safari, we offer bottles of water.
When the safari is finished, you will be taken back to Hambantota harbor to resume your trip. This tour is the perfect choice for travelers who have other plans for the morning, while the evening safari makes the day more complete.

Cancellations and Refunds
- Full Refund – Full refunds can be claimed if a cancellation request is presented in writing a full twenty-one (21) days prior to the excursion date.
- No Refund – No refunds can be claimed if a minimum twenty-one (21) days prior notice is not given in writing.
